Christ Church School celebrated the completion of 75 years of Independence by celebrating and recognizing the efforts of all the eminent personalities that have helped shape the country into the mega power it is today.
On the occasion of our 75 years of Independence Day, we the Pre Primary section of Christ Church School celebrated it with a difference, by honoring the different communities in our society.

The theme for today’s assembly is ‘Love for parents.’ The Scripture Portion will be read by _Samay Bafna___ A reading from the Holy Bible according to Ephesians-chapter 6,verses1-3 Children, obey your parents because you belong to the Lord, for this is the right thing to do. ‘Honour your father and mother.’ This is the first commandment with a promise: If you honour your father and mother, ‘Things will go well for you, and you will have a long life on the earth.’ This is the word of the Lord. A story will be narrated by Triya Jain A Date with Mom A son took his old mother to a restaurant for an evening dinner. The mother being very old and weak dropped food on her skirt while eating. Other diners watched her in disgust while her son was calm. After she finished eating, her son who was not at all embarrassed, he quietly took her to the wash room, wiped the food particles, removed the stains, combed her hair and fitted her spectacles firmly. When they came out, the entire restaurant was watching them in dead silence, not able to grasp how someone could embarrass themselves publicly like that. The son settled the bill and started walking out with his mother. At that time, an old man amongst the dinerscalled out to the son and asked him, “Don’t you think you have left something behind?”. The son replied, “No sir, I haven’t”.The old man retorted, “Yes, you have! You left a lesson for every son and hope for every mother”. Their love is steady and irrevocable from the time of their birth till adulthood.
