Good Afternoon School, Kindly get ready for the assembly and join us in singing the hymn “Lord I Lift Your Name On High.”
Good Afternoon Respected Principal, Vice Principal, Head mistress, teachers and my dear friends. Today’s assembly will be presented by class 6F.
The theme for today’s assembly is ‘Doing Your Best.’
The Scripture Reading will be read by Varchasva Goyal.
A short Story will be narrated by Radiyah Arsiwala.
The thought of the day will be given to us by Ridhansh Jain.
Shlok Kantharia will lead us in prayer followed by the Lord’s Prayer.
Ansha Bagal will read the Significance of the Day.
The Preamble will be said by Kimaya Salvi.
SCRIPTURE READING
Today’s scripture reading has been taken from Proverbs: Chapter 16 verse 3.
Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.

STORY
One morning, an elderly man was walking along the beach when he noticed a young boy picking something off the sand and throwing it into the sea.As he got closer, the man realized the child was throwing stranded starfishes that had washed up on the shore back into the breaking waves.
Approaching the boy, the man asked what he was doing. “The starfish will die if they’re still on the shore when the sun rises,” he replied.Perplexed, the old man said, “But that’s pointless! There are countless miles of beach and thousands of starfish. It doesn’t matter how many you return to the water, you can’t make a difference.”Unfazed, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish, and tossed it into the sea.“It matters to this one,” he said.
The Moral of the story is:
No matter the odds of success or the scale of the challenge, your actions can make a difference. It’s better to light a candle than curse the dark. Every single step counts. Doing something to make a positive change is always better than nothing!

PRAYER
Let us join our hands and bow our heads in prayer.
Almighty Father, it is under your grace that we live. We sing your praises as you shield us under your protection. With you as our guide, no bad shall touch us. We leave our school in your hands. May we learn something new each day and be a better person with every knowledge we attain. This prayer we make in your Precious name. Amen.
Let us continue by saying, The Lord’s Prayer together.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE DAY
